Our powerful Riptide SL vacuum has its own battery and filtration system, so it doesn’t rely on your pool pump and doesn’t send debris back into your pool system.

Water Balance:
We perform a professional water chemistry analysis every week, using the Taylor 2006C test kit — the gold standard recommended by the NSF.
Many pool cleaners rely on test strips or uncertified kits, which are far less accurate.

Each reading and adjustment is verified using a professional platform, which integrates Orenda’s LSI calculator to confirm our measurements with an advanced digital precision.

Weekly premium Cleaning
• Brushing Walls + Tiles + Steps + Bottom of the pool
• Vacuum the pool bottom with the Riptide SL Professional Vacuum
• Skimming the surface (remove leaves and floating debris)
• Empty the skimmer & pump baskets
• Filters :
– Cartridge Filter : Cleaning once a month (or less if water becomes cloudy / system pressure is too high)
– Sand Filter : Backwash once a month
– DE Filter : Backwash with a small DE powder recharge about every 2 months (included)
A deep internal cleaning is billed separately every 6 months (Starting price at $60, depends on filter size and condition)
Premium Pool Balance
We test and adjust weekly:
• pH
• Chlorine levels (Free, Combined, Total)
• Total alkalinity (TA)
• Salt levels (for saltwater pools)
• Water temperature
In addition, we also test and adjust monthly **
• Cyanuric acid levels (CYA / Stabilizer / Conditioner)
• Calcium hardness (CH / Water Hardness)
• Total dissolved solids (TDS) for salty pools (Tested quarterly for non-salty pools as it rises more slowly)
Preventive Equipment Care
• We inspect your pool pump, filter system, and timer during each visit to ensure they’re functioning properly
• If we detect any issues, we will provide clear recommendations for repairs or more extensive maintenance, such as part replacements, before small issues turn into costly problems

** These levels don’t normally fluctuate quickly, but periodic testing helps us catch any unexpected changes caused by rain, water top-offs, or chemical imbalances.
This ensures your pool stays balanced, protects equipment, and maintains long-term water quality.
We believe in complete transparency when it comes to your pool’s water health. Over time, pool water naturally “ages” — minerals and dissolved solids slowly build up through normal evaporation, top-offs, and routine chemical use. This happens in every pool, typically over the course of 3 to 5 years, depending on usage and local water quality.
Certain parameters — like Calcium Hardness, Cyanuric Acid (stabilizer), and TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) — naturally rise as part of this process.
🔸 CYA and Calcium are monitored regularly, and we adjust them upwards if levels are low, to keep your water properly balanced and protect your pool surface and equipment.
🔸 However, these levels including TDS can’t be lowered through standard maintenance. When they eventually rise beyond recommended ranges, the only reliable way to correct them is through a partial or full water replacement, followed by re-adjusting startup chemicals.
Such water replacement services, including the re-adjustment of startup chemicals after refilling, are not included in the regular maintenance plan and will be quoted separately if needed.
